Widespread event
The MICE Trade Show takes place in some of the most exclusive locations around Piazza San Marco, in the heart of Venice’s historic center, following the “Widespread Meetings” format. This approach allows B2B meetings to be held in prestigious, yet more intimate and relaxed settings, fostering deeper interaction between buyers and operators. The meeting sessions are held simultaneously across the event’s venues, while the evenings are organized in spacious and captivating settings, providing the perfect environment for networking.
Work venues
Work will be conducted in parallel in venues located around St Mark’s Square.
Operators will remain in the same venue, while buyers will alternate between venues in half-day sessions.
Allocation of desks
Desks will be allocated to operators in the various venues according to the composition of their diaries and will only be decided once these have been finalised and communicated a few days before the event.

Paperless policy
To protect the environment and as a health precaution, all our events are paperless:
Appointments diaries, the programme, the catalogue and supplier profiles are digitised and available for your PC or smartphone, by downloading the “Eureka MICE” app, which you will be able to access with the same login details as used for your reserved area.
N.B.: Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with this technology!
We know that the digitisation process needs time before it truly comes of age. For this reason, in parallel with the digital system, we supply traditional supports, all strictly made of 100% recyclable material.
The ID badge, required to access activities, venues and evenings, will be available at the registration desk.

How to download it and how it works
The APP will be downloadable from early November free of charge from Apple Store and Play Store.
Its use is intuitive; once you have entered your access credentials, you will be just a click away from various functions and the possibility of immediately viewing useful information related to the event.

Registration
Wednesday 12 November from 8:30am
To access the event programme, you must first be officially registered.
Choice of buyers and preparatory activities for the MICE Trade Show
A few days before the event, as soon as the list of buyers taking part is complete, your registration area will give you access to the programme that will enable you to analyse their profiles and their schedules, and consequently choose who you wish or do not wish to meet.
We will inform you as soon as access to the database with Buyer profiles is operational.
N.B.: access to the buyer profiles is conditional upon payment of the balance of the participation fee.

Appointment Schedule for November 12 and 13
Based on your preferences and priorities, your meeting agendas for November 12 and 13, during which buyers will visit your station, will be organized accordingly. The daily agendas will be delivered to you upon arrival.
Each meeting will last 15 minutes.
To ensure the best execution of the meetings, an assistance service with dedicated staff will be available in the room to monitor the appointments and manage any last-minute cancellations or additions.
Buyer Meetings on November 14
On the last day, buyers will be seated at their stations at the Hotel Monaco & Grand Canal, meeting the operators who have scheduled appointments on their agendas.
For this day, you will be able to schedule appointments with the buyers you wish to meet directly through the app.
Each meeting will last 15 minutes.
Contacting the buyers before the workshop is prohibited
As expressly provided for in the regulations, we would like to remind you that, in respect for relations with other operators and the privacy of the buyers themselves, making contact with buyers before the workshop is strictly prohibited.
Diet and food intolerances
Please indicate at this link or directly in your reserved area, by 6 November, any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances so that we can prepare appropriate menus.
Recharging smartphones and notebooks
Electrical sockets are provided for this purpose in the workrooms.
Dress code
For all the scheduled events and meetings we suggest smart casual.
For the evenings smart elegant.
Updates on the event
All information relating to the event (programmes, addresses, contacts, conditions, suggestions) will be available to you at all times online in your reserved area.
Communications
You will find any communications of personal interest to you in your area.
Secretariat
