Welcome to Lake Garda

2:00 pm - 2:30 pm Upon arrival at Venice Marco Polo

Airport guests are greeted and transferred by luxury coach to Desenzano del Garda.

Accommodation at Palace Hotel Desenzano, ideally located between Desenzano and Sirmione.

Time to relax and enjoy the hotel’s facilities, including the wellness area and SPA.

Welcome Dinner by the Lake

8:00 pm – Dinner at Tavernetta del Pescatore, a charming lakeside restaurant overlooking Lake Garda.

A relaxed evening dedicated to local flavours, fine wines and informal networking.

Overnight at Palace Hotel Desenzano.

Tuesday 10th November

Discovering Lake Garda

After breakfast, departure for Sirmione, often described as the “Pearl of Lake Garda”.

Surrounded by crystal-clear waters and dominated by its impressive medieval castle, Sirmione offers one of the most iconic landscapes in Northern Italy.

Guests will stroll through the picturesque historic centre, discovering its elegant atmosphere, charming streets and unforgettable lake views.

Valpolicella & Amarone Experience

The journey continues to Monteleone21 – Masi Wine Experience, in the heart of Valpolicella.

A contemporary architectural landmark dedicated to the culture of wine and hospitality, Monteleone21 offers an immersive introduction to the world of Amarone and one of Italy’s most prestigious wine-producing regions.

Light Lunch at Monteleone21

Followed by a guided visit through the winery, the monumental grape-drying lofts and the extensive underground cellars where tradition, innovation and sustainability come together.

The Flavours of Lake Garda

In the afternoon, guests will visit the renowned Turri Olive Oil Mill, where the traditions of Garda olive oil production are combined with modern techniques and a strong commitment to quality.

Guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils and local specialities.

Return to Desenzano.

Dinner Experience

20:00 Dinner at Restaurant Altaripa.

A refined gastronomic experience showcasing the flavours and culinary traditions of the region.

Overnight at Palace Hotel Desenzano.

Wednesday 11th November

From the Lake to the Lagoon

After breakfast, departure by private coach for Venice (Tronchetto Parking) and transfer by private motorboat to one of the best hotels in the city.

Estimated arrival around 10:15 am — just in time to join the MICE Trade Show 2025, on the

world’s most prestigious stage.
