HOSPITALITY
The Hospitality Office has already given you the name of your hotel of stay where you will be a guest of the organization for the planned period with B/B treatment. Any extras are your responsibility and must be paid on departure directly to the hotel bureau.
You will also be our guest for all the events and services listed in the Media-only programme.
WIDESPREAD WORKSHOP
The event will be held in Venice’s historic centre, from 15 to 17 November, with the “Widespread” formula.
Work will be conducted in parallel on the days of 15, 16 and 17 November in venues located in the Marciana area around St Mark’s Square and, with different, dedicated logistics at the venues on the islands overlooking St Mark's Basin.
Conferences, Press briefing and interviews will be held at Press Hub in St Mark's Square

To protect the environment and as a health precaution, all our events are paperless:
All programmes and appointments are digitised and available for your PC or smartphone, by downloading the “Eureka MICE” app, which you will be able to access with the same login details as used for your reserved area.
N.B.: Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with this technology!
We know that the digitisation process needs time before it truly comes of age. For this reason, in parallel with the digital system, we supply traditional supports.
The ID badge, required to access activities, venues and evenings, will be available at the registration desk.
"Eureka MICE" app – how to download it and how it works
The app can be downloaded free of charge online from all web stores.
It is intuitive to use; once you have entered your login details, you will have access to all its functions in just a few clicks.
Some of these will give you access to particularly useful tools.

Diet and food intolerances
Please indicate at this link or directly in your reserved area, by 10 November, any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances so that we can prepare appropriate menus.

To avoid misunderstandings, please remind that the observance of the event program and meetings as arranged (respecting time as indicated by the organization) is an essential condition to benefit from the complete hospitality.

All information relating to the event (programmes, addresses, contacts, conditions, suggestions) will be available to you at all times online in your reserved area.
