PROGRAMME

Monday 11th November

• Arrival at Venice Marco Polo or Treviso Airport; Meet & Greet by Guida Prosecco staff. 

• Transfer to Farra di Soligo and accommodation at Villa Soligo. Situated in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, home to DOCG Prosecco and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Villa Soligo  is a charming new hotel that has brought back the splendour of a prestigious historic 18th century mansion.
Entirely renovated, the hotel provides its guests with evocative sensations that are at the same time modern and steeped in history, and warm elegant rooms that are a mix of classical and contemporary design.

In the afternoon, visit to Villa Soligo, an architectural gem surrounded by a centuries-old park, enhancing its elegance and timeless charm.

Following the visit, we will transfer to Cal Monda Winery for a scenic walk through the vineyards and a guided tour of the winery.

The experience will conclude with a tasting of their DOCG Prosecco, followed by a delightful dinner showcasing local flavors.

Tuesday 12th November

• In the morning visit to the Abbey of Follina, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Veneto, is a stunning example of Cistercian architecture dating back to the 12th century. Surrounded by serene landscapes, the abbey offers visitors a peaceful retreat with its beautiful cloisters and a rich spiritual history. Its timeless charm and tranquility make it a must-visit destination in any pre-tour program.

• Transfer to Canevel Winery for a walk through the vineyards, followed by a visit to the winery: Nestled in the rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, Canevel Winery is renowned for its dedication to producing premium Prosecco Superiore. With a deep respect for tradition and an innovative spirit, the winery offers a unique glimpse into the art of winemaking.

  Surrounded by scenic vineyards, Canevel invites visitors to experience the elegance of Prosecco through a guided tour and tasting, celebrating the excellence of this iconic Italian sparkling wine.

  You will enjoy a tasting of Prosecco Superiore di Conegliano Valdobbiadene, followed by lunch.

• Transfer to Mionetto Winery: A global icon of Prosecco. Mionetto Winery is located in the heart of the Prosecco region. Known for its passion and craftsmanship, Mionetto blends tradition with innovation to produce some of the finest Prosecco wines in the world. A visit to this renowned winery includes a walk through the vineyards, a tour of the cellar, and a tasting of their celebrated sparkling wines..

• Return to the hotel for some relaxation, followed by a typical dinner at a local restaurant.

• Overnight

Wednesday 13th November

• Transfer by bus to Venice Tronchetto, and by private motorboat to Hotel in Venice

• Check-in and end of the pre-workshop program.
