The next stop along the Prosecco Road, one of the most beautiful itineraries in the Veneto hills, is the Latteria Perenzin (Cheese factory).

stop is made at the Perenzin Latteria (Dairy) For five generations the Perenzin family, cheese producers since 1898, has been committed to the creation of cheeses that best express the features of the three different milk types they process: goat, cow and buffalo milk of the highest quality, as their animals graze mainly in the Veneto Region and in the National Park of Belluno Dolomites.
Visit of the factory and cheese tasting, followed by a light lunch
After a bus trip of about 30 minutes, stopover in one of the most beautiful villages in the Veneto, Follina: a set fit for a fairytale! The history of Follina is the story of its Abbey: a place of spirituality and secular culture. Follina is also most prized for its food and wine, the products originating from its hills and the Prosecco, a combination of unique flavours.

The Follina Abbey is one of the best preserved in Italy: a glimpse of its splendid ancient cloisters, dating back to the 13th century, cannot be missed!
Proceeding for about 25 minutes along the scenic Prosecco Road, through a countryside of hilltop vineyards, you will reach La Tordera Winery in Vidor.

The winery was founded in the hills of Valdobbiadene, between Venice and the Dolomites, in the heart of the Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG production area. The name of the winery comes from a rolling hill in the Cartizze area, that in ancient times was home to a bird snare called Tordera; in autumn, thrushes flew from the nearby mountains looking for food among the rows of vines. Thus this high ground started being called Tordera and, although the snare no longer exists, the name has remained in the collective memory.
Tour of the winery and tasting of La Tordera sparkling wines, perfect to discover all the secrets of Valdobbiadene DOCG. You will learn about (and experience) the local processing of the grapes into wine and the specificity of this production area, along with the history and Natural Balance philosophy of the winery.
Transfer to Relais Monaco Country Hotel & SPA in Ponzano Veneto: dinner in its Restaurant La Vigna and overnight stay..
