Among Prosecco, Style & Tradition - A journey through taste, elegance and authenticity in the UNESCO Hills of Prosecco Superiore DOCG
10th - 12th November 2025
PROGRAM

Two days suspended between vineyards and design, flavours and craftsmanship, where the rhythm of nature meets the Italian art of living.
Monday 10th November
Welcome to the Hills of Prosecco
Arrival at Venice Airport, at 2:00 pm transfer by luxury coach to Villa Soligo Hotel, an elegant neoclassical residence set amidst a centuries-old park.

Situated in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills,
home to DOCG Prosecco and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Villa Soligo is a charming new hotel that has brought back the splendour of a prestigious historic 18th century mansion. Entirely renovated, the hotel provides its guests with evocative sensations that are at the same time modern and steeped in history, and warm elegant rooms that are a mix of classical and contemporary design.
The journey begins with a welcome drink and a moment to unwind by the pool or in the spa, embraced by the serenity of the hills.

In the late afternoon, a short drive leads to a family-run winery for a walk among the vineyards. The winemaker shares stories of harvest and tradition, revealing the secrets behind Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
A guided tasting follows in the cellar — golden reflections in the glass, subtle aromas, gourmet pairings.
As evening falls, dinner is served in the heart of the winery: authentic Venetian dishes, local wines, and the warmth of conviviality.
Return to Villa Soligo for a peaceful night surrounded by the scent of vines and the quiet charm of the countryside.

Tuesday 11th November
Fashion, Heritage & the Sparkle of Excellence
Morning light filters through the hills as the group departs for TONET, an Italian maison where craftsmanship and contemporary elegance meet.
Behind every garment, the grace of fine knitwear and the harmony of timeless design.
The journey continues to the Cistercian Abbey of Santa Maria di Follina — a masterpiece of Romanesque-Gothic art, a haven of silence and spirituality.

A stroll through its cloister evokes centuries of devotion and the deep link between the monks and this generous land.
A light lunch awaits in a local restaurant in Follina or the Cartizze area — the perfect pause to savour regional flavours and a glass of Prosecco DOCG.

In the afternoon, the visit continues to one of the most renowned wineries in Valdobbiadene.
Back at Villa Soligo, there is time for a stroll, a rest, or an aperitif on the terrace before the final dinner.
The evening unfolds at a typical Osteria, a charming retreat nestled among the rolling hills.

Wednesday 12th November
