Monday 11th November
Arrival at Venice Marco Polo or Treviso Airport; Meet & Greet by Guida Prosecco staff.
Transfer to Farra di Soligo and accommodation at Villa Soligo. Situated in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, home to DOCG Prosecco and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Villa Soligo is a charming new hotel that has brought back the splendour of a prestigious historic 18th century mansion. Entirely renovated, the hotel provides its guests with evocative sensations that are at the same time modern and steeped in history, and warm elegant rooms that are a mix of classical and contemporary design.
In the afternoon, visit some craft workshops and typical shops accompanied by a personal shopper.
Dinner with a tasting of the typical Venetian cuisine at "Osteria le due Spade”.

Tuesday 12th November
In the morning visit to the Prosecco hills DOCG area. Refrontolo: La Pieve, The Molinetto della Croda.
Show Cooking at Bocon with preparation of Gnocchi as grandmather used to make them
Lunch
In the afternoon Tasting and visit Canevel winery in the heart of Cartizze
Arrival at the “Osteria senz’oste" around 4 p.m. to enjoy a Prosecco at sunset with a breathtaking view on the UNESCO World Heritage Hills.
Relax at Villa Soligo
Dinner with Veneto specialities at Ristorante Enoteca Corte del Meda’
Overnight
Wednesday 13th November
Transfer by bus to Venice Tronchetto, and by private motorboat to Hotel in Venice
Check-in and end of the pre-workshop program.
