Day 1 – Sunday, 8 November
Gorizia & Nova Gorica

Arrival & Transfer
Arrival at the airport and private transfer to Nova Gorica.
Afternoon – Welcome & First Impressions
A welcome drink introduces the group in a relaxed atmosphere, setting the tone for the journey ahead.
Late Afternoon – Cross-Border Discovery
Guided visit of Gorizia and Nova Gorica: two cities, two identities, one shared destination — increasingly relevant for international meetings.

Evening – Traditional Slovenian dinner
A first encounter with local flavours in an informal and convivial atmosphere.
Overnight in Nova Gorica
Day 2 – Monday, 9 November
Brda, Postojna & Portorož

Morning – Site Visit & Departure
Visit to the Hotel Park Conference Centre, followed by departure towards the Brda region.

Late Morning – Landscapes & Tastings (Brda / Collio)
Rolling vineyards and quiet elegance. A territory where events blend naturally with landscape, gastronomy and atmosphere, complemented by a light tasting of local products.
Afternoon – Natural Wonder
Visit to Postojna Cave, one of Europe’s most iconic underground environments — a striking setting that inspires unconventional event concepts.

Late Afternoon – Arrival by the Sea Transfer to Portorož and check-in.
Evening – Seafront Venues & Dinner
Visit to the St. Bernardin Convention Centre, followed by a dinner with Mediterranean influences.

Day 3 – Tuesday, 10 November
Piran & Transition Beyond Borders

Morning – Piran Discovery
Guided visit of Piran, a refined Adriatic town shaped by centuries of Venetian influence - compact, authentic, and perfectly suited for high-level events.
Late Morning – Authentic Production
Visit to Fonda Fish Farm, a contemporary example of sustainability and local storytelling integrated into event experiences.
Lunch - Hosted
Afternoon – Towards the Venetian Mainland
Transfer towards the Venetian mainland, marking the conclusion of the Slovenian programme.

Evening – Venetian Mainland Experience
Arrival & Check-in
Accommodation in a selected property within the Venetian mainland area.
A setting that reflects a more intimate and authentic dimension of the Venetian territory, beyond the lagoon.
Aperitif & Cultural Insight
A brief and informal introduction to the Venetian mainland and its historic context,
offered through the perspective of a local figure closely connected to the territory.

Morning Transfer
Transfer to Venice and arrival in time for the start of the MICE Trade Show 2026.
