Monday 10th November

Arrival and Welcome in the Hills of Lake Garda

Arrival at Venice Marco Polo Airport.

At 2:00 PM, departure by luxury coach to Villa Cordevigo Wine Relais, an elegant 18th-century villa surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, in the heart of the Valpolicella countryside.

Upon arrival, check-in and a guided site inspection of the 5-star Wine Relais, discovering its elegant suites, parkland, and the renowned Essentia Spa — a sanctuary of wellbeing with thermal pool, sensory showers and treatments inspired by nature.

In the afternoon, time permitting, departure for a panoramic drive through the picturesque villages around Lake Garda.

The visit continues with a stop at a local winery, where guests enjoy a guided tour of the cellars and a tasting of Valpolicella and Bardolino wines accompanied by local delicacies.

In the evening, dinner will be served at Oseleta, the restaurant of Villa Cordevigo.

A refined tasting menu celebrates the flavours of the region and the elegance of Verona’s wines, in a setting of quiet sophistication.

Tuesday 11th November

Verona – The City of Love and Opera

At 9:30 AM, guided visit of the city centre, beginning at Castelvecchio, the medieval fortress on the Adige River, and continuing towards Piazza Brà, home to the legendary Arena di Verona, one of the world’s best-preserved Roman amphitheatres.

At 10:30 AM, visit to the Palazzo della Gran Guardia, Verona’s most prestigious public congress venue, facing Piazza Brà — an architectural masterpiece blending history and functionality.

At 11:10 AM, guided visit of Villa Brasavola, an elegant private venue in Piazza Cittadella, where aristocratic charm meets contemporary event spaces.

At 11:45 AM, visit to Palazzo Maffei, a Baroque gem in Piazza delle Erbe, today one of Verona’s most exclusive private event locations, offering breathtaking views of the ancient square.

A relaxing break in a traditional enoteca veronese overlooking Piazza Brà, where local wines and seasonal dishes reveal the authentic flavours of Verona.

After lunch, transfer continues by luxury minibus towards Venice.

Arrival in Venice – Between Lagoon and Light

Arrival at Tronchetto, followed by private water transfer to the selected 5-star hotel on the Grand Canal.

Check-in and time to rest before the evening.

At sunset, private water transfer to the JW Marriott on Isola delle Rose for a refined dinner in an exceptional setting — surrounded by the lagoon, illuminated by the city’s lights in the distance.

The evening celebrates the beauty and spirit of Venice — a perfect overture to the MICE Trade Show 2025.

After dinner, return by private water taxi to the hotel and overnight stay.
